When you start a project, you have a deadline to complete it. There are two types of deadlines: the first is the internal project milestones, and the second is the total project deadline.
- Internal Project Milestones: These deadlines can be long or short, but they will be adjusted as necessary to ensure the total project deadline is met.
- Total Project Deadline: This is the final deadline for the entire project.
Sometimes, we create a project based solely on client ideas. For projects that have never been done before, there is no clear reference to reality. In such cases, the project deadline will automatically increase without any conditions. ( In this case, if client want to cancel the project, they can cancel it with our refund policy )
1.2.8 Refund Policy
The following terms apply to our refund policy:

Cancellation Within One Week: If you choose to cancel your project within one week of ordering for personal reasons, 30% of the project budget will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation of Ongoing Projects: If you have received two or three updates on an ongoing project and decide to cancel because it does not meet your requirements, 50% of the project budget will be deducted from the refund amount. ( This cancellation only applies to those who want to make the project on their own ideas, but no other projects are alive online.). (We call it new innovation or market place project. )
